According to 2023 statistics, one person in the United States dies in a drunk-driving related crash every 52 minutes. In 40% of these cases, the driver was found to have had a Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) above the legal limit of 0.08%. A total of 10,511 people died in alcohol-impaired driving traffic deaths in 2023, accounting for 25% of all traffic related fatalities. These deaths were all preventable.
How does it work?
Step 1: Place tube between both palms / hands and press firmly at both ends until protective foil cracks. Listen for two “clicks” to activate breathalyzer crystals.
Step 2: Exhale strongly 2 times for 10 seconds each.
Step 3: After 1 minute, compare the color of your breathalyzercrystals (center of the tube) with the color scale.
Note: Test immediately after activating crystals in Step 1. Breathalyzer crystals will become invalid after 5 minutes and the test will be unusable.
